She was predeceased by: her husband Elvis Rice; and her brothers, W. A. Newton and Norman Newton. She is survived by: her children, Laretta Bullock, Larry Bullock, Gary Rice, JoAnn Rice, Byron Rice and Leslie Rice; and her grandchildren, Angela Fullenwider, Lauren, Aron Kaiser, Stacey, Cary Christian, Ashley, Eric Howard, Ben and Michelle Rice.
