She is survived by: her husband William A. Mattingly (Bill); her children, Stacy Mattingly (Tom Hatch) of Minneapolis, David Mattingly (Cathy) of Owensboro, Mary Froehlich (Danny) of Owensboro, Rose M. Mattingly of Lithia Springs, Georgia and John Mattingly (Sheila Millay) of Owensboro, Kentucky.; her sister Mary Kathleen Thompson of Owensboro; her sister-in-law Mary Russelburg of Owensboro, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Anthony Pace (Nicole), Elisabet Gonzalez (Emmanuel), Davina Henderson (Chris), Jaime Main (Blake), Erin Froehlich, Amber Mrnak (Michael), Chris Froehlich (Amy Underkofler), Brandy McClure (Ryan), Allie Mattingly, Issac Mattingly (Morgan), Cole Mattingly (Brittany), Kaitlyn Mattingly (Brandon Norris) and Brooke Mattingly (Daniel Johnson); and her great grandchildren, Miyah Gunter, Gabriel Pace, Aleia Henderson, Kylah Henderson, Gunner Henderson, Skyler Main, Sydney Main, Gavin Mrnak, Harper Mrnak, Duke Froehlich, Dashiel Froehlich, Dakota Towery, Kely McCallister, Alijah Carlisle, Keiara Mattingly and Austyn Mattingly. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to St. Pius X's Renovation Project or Hospice of Western Kentucky.
