He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Elias Isaac Sr. and Alene Thomas Isaac. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Thomas Isaac; his children, Teresa Ann Isaac, Cynthia Gail Macke (Tony), Samuel Thomas Isaac Jr. (Carolyn) and Mary Alene Isaac; his great grandchildren, Madison, Harry and Louisa Gilbert; and his siblings, Joe Isaac and Vicky Rauth (Bill).

The family requests that donations be sent to St. Jude, Church of the Resurrection in Lynch, KY., or Southeast Community and Technical College.
