She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Gaines and Johnnie Atkinson Gaines; and her brothers, Austin and Robert Gaines. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Clark of Lynch, Edward Clark (Sara) of Jeffersonville, IN, Audrey Kyle of Morristown, TN and Kimberly Clark of Louisville, KY; and her siblings, Earl Atkinson (Doris) of Knoxville, TN, Oaker Gaines of Lexington, KY, Samuel Gaines (Kelli) of Morristown, TN and Deborah Mallory (James) of Cumberland. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
Due to mandates by the Governor of Kentucky, services are limited to 50% of building capacity with mask and social distancing for all services and at all times.
