With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elsie Mae Calahan of Lynch, Kentucky, born in Harlan, Kentucky, who passed away on July 6, 2023 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Siler and Rosa Lewis Siler; her husband Gerald Ray Calahan; her daughter Joann Calihan; and her siblings, Lois Kelly, Evelee Whitehead and Janie Kelly.
She is survived by: her children, Rosemary Osborne (Stewart) of Lynch, Gerri Rae Ison (Shad) of Nova, OH, Denise Sexton (Shiloh) of Benham, Kaylee, Kassidy Reese, Braydon and Landon Burdine; her brother Terry Siler (Linda) of Linefork, KY; her brother-in-law Sam Smith; her grandchildren, Wendy Osborne (Teddy), Heather Osborne, Brandon Osborne (Amanda), Brittany Osborne, Joshua Calihan, Tyler Siler, Taneshia Calihan, Haley Hall, Sean Hall and Paisley Sexton; her great grandchildren, TJ Cook, Skylar Cook, Emily Osborne, Liam Holland, Teeghan Osborne, Harley Osborne, Axle Osborne, Emryn Hughes, Karliegh Collins, Alley Halcomb, Tylie Halcomb, Bryson Burdine and Harper Hampton; and her close friend Princess Holland. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
