He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Day of Lynch, KY; his children, David Day (Hannah) of Whitesburg, KY, Jeff Day (Shannon) of Totz, KY, Tammy Caldwell (Michael) of Lynch, KY and Courtney Taylor (Ryan) of Camp Lejeune; his brother Maynard Day of Nashville, TN.; his grandchildren, Jared Day of Cumberland, KY, Jeffrey Burkhart of Black Mountain, KY, Aaron, Peyton, Charleigh, Maggie of Whitesburg, KY, Dillon Day, Emily Day of Totz, KY and Adia Caudill of Kenvir, KY.; and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Arianna, Johnathan Burkhart of Black Mountain, KY and Asher Day of Cumberland, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
