She is survived by: her children, Mike, Balin Foutch and Mikalynn Foutch; her husband Michael Foutch; her parents, Bob Rogers and Barbra Rogers; her sister Sarah Caldwell; her parents-in-law, Sam and Lena "Chick" Foutch; her niece Zoey Caldwell; her nephew Keegan Caldwell; her aunts, Carol Thomas (Joe), Dorothy Stewart, Rita Cornett, Lavann Nelson, Donna Huff, Sue Robinson (Jim) and Joyce Hensley; her grandmothers, Reva Rogers and Joyce Shepherd; her cousins, James Huff, Jay Huff, Tiffany Watts, Tiara Sczzepan, Victoria Baker, Deavin Stewart, Sharon Hansel, Mercury Nelson, Donnie Shepherd, Whitney Creech, Katie Lewis, Stevie Holbrook, Holly Sturgill, Hollie Green and Mackenzie; her niece Rachel Robinson; her aunts, Becky Lewis and Jenny Scott; and her uncle Curtis Rogers.
Covid-19 Restrictions of 50% of our capacity, face masks, and social distancing all set by the Governor of Kentucky shall be followed. The Family invites everyone to come, but simply asked all who are attending please wear a mask as you come to the funeral home or graveside service.
