It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cleavin Johnson of Lynch, Kentucky, born in Hyden, Kentucky, who passed away on November 5, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elice Johnson and Nora Shell Johnson; and his siblings, Ed, Glen, Marvin, Evelyn and Edna Johnson of Hazard, KY.

He is survived by: his son John Elice Johnson (Geoffrey) of Palm Harbor, Florida; his former wife Mary Johnson of Palm Harbor, Florida; and his brothers, Arvil Johnson (Pamela) of Cumberland and Everett Johnson (Octavia) of Cumberland.
