She was predeceased by: her husband E. H. Torbett; her daughter Beverly Torbett Hall; her parents, Grover Mullins and Eura Mullins; and her brother Bobby R. Mullins.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Amanda Isom (John) of Cumberland and Megan Saylor (Derrick) of Lynch; her sister Norma Jean Early of Cincinnati, OH; her great grandchildren, Brycen Saylor, Brody Saylor, Austin Rutherford, Marissa Rutherford, Khalei Rutherford and Whitney McBee; and her great great grandchildren, Draylee Gist, Carson, Kenzie and Klaridi McBee. She is also survived by other relatives and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ms. Betty's memory may be mailed to the Benham United Methodist Church, 104 Frazier Street, Cumberland, KY 40823.
