She is survived by: her husband Michael Moffitt of Ft. Wright; her sons, Chris Moffitt (Danielle Bell) of Ft. Michell and Jeff Moffitt of Ft. Mitchell; her mother Clara Botts; her sisters, Sandy Sorg of Independence, Donna Johnson of California, KY and Kim Botts of Independence; and her granddaughter Lainey Moffitt.
