He is survived by: his wife Valarie Bandy of Ludlow; his son Ryan Bandy of Crescent Springs; his stepdaughter Jennifer Brown (Chris) of Burlington; his sister Karen Fugate of Ludlow; his brother-in-law Clarence Karnes; his nieces, Heather Ladanyi and Laura Karnes; his nephew Arin Mackay; his sister Donna Karnes; and his stepdaughter Rachel Nunnally.
