He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine Herrmann; his son Martin Green; his siblings, Dale Epperson and Mary Etta Deininger; and his parents, Bert Epperson and Mary Jane Epperson.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Amanda Castleberry (Brian), Misty Green (Michael) and Brian Green; his great grandchildren, McKenzie, Lilly, Elijah, Paisley and Zayden; his daughter-in-law Teri Mergard; and his sister Beverley Epperson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
