He was predeceased by: his wife Gail Ann Creutzinger (Nee Cook); and his siblings, Albert, Donald, Eleanor, Dorothy and William.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Creutzinger (Sandy Chiasson), Angie Ellison (Greg) and John Creutzinger (Connie); his grandchildren, Jessica, Angie, Nick, Laureen, Michelle, Zachary, Abigail and Michael; and his great grandchildren, Jordan, Rylan, Joey, Marin, Cian, Ellison, Parker, Maverick, Mazie and Audrey.
