He was predeceased by: his wife Vickie Moffitt; his mother Kathryn Moffitt; and his brothers, Robert and Daniel Moffitt. He is survived by: his sons, Chris Moffitt (Danielle Bell) and Jeff Moffitt of Ft. Mitchell, KY; his granddaughter Lainey; and his sister Peggy Brooks of Batesville, IN..
