She is survived by: her children, Daryl A. W. Crosthwaite (Laura) of Edgewood and Kathy L. Shepherd (Jim); her grandchildren, Dawn, Tony Josselyn of Fort Mitchell, Bret, Tara Shepherd (Pooh) of Fort Mitchell, Anna and Gracie Crosthwaite of Edgewood; and her great grandchildren, Sami, Katie, Connor Josselyn, Syd Syd, Blakey and Brycey Shepherd of Fort Mitchell.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Elizabeth Hospice, 483 S Loop Road, Edgewood, Kentucky 41017.
