We are sad to announce that on May 15, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Franklin D. Bell of Ludlow, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Lonnie Bell; his parents, Frank Bell and Ethel Bell; and his sisters, Eva Spicer, Artie Reed and Hermina Junk.

He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Bell of Ludlow; his children, Joan Swickard of Ludlow and Frank Bell, Jr. (Ann) of Ludlow; and his sister Carol Houp of Covington. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Ludlow Independent Schools, 525 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY 41016.
