She was predeceased by: her husband James Seibert. She is survived by: her sister Laura Sue Noe; her daughter Kay Simmons; her grandchildren, Max and Sera Simmons; her stepchildren, Lisa Goff, Joyce Gouge, John and Wayne Seibert; her stepgrandchildren, Shelby and Winston; and her nephew Jeff Noe.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Ludlow Fire Department, C.L.A.S.P, and First Baptist Church of Ludlow.
