It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Bell of Ludlow, Kentucky, who passed away on August 12, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Franklin Bell; and her sons, Frank Bell, Jr. and Lonnie Bell. She is survived by: her daughter Joan Swickard of Ludlow; and her brothers, Robert and Gene Reynolds. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 38 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
