She was predeceased by: her husband William "Cotton" Delk; her brothers, Elvin, Carlis, Earl and Terrill Durham; and her great grandchildren, Owen, Bradley and Mallory Ferguson.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Delk (Paulette) of Petersburg, Robert Henry (Glenna) of Williamstown and Suzanne Putthoff (Mike) of Petersburg; and her siblings, Curtis Durham of Wilmore, KY, Jack Johnson of Stanford, KY, Louada Smith of Stanford, KY and Maria Duttera of Newark, OH. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to First Baptist Church or Childrens Hospital (in honor of Raven Woods) 3333 Burnet Avenue, Avondale, OH 45229.
