She was predeceased by: her parents, Dover May and Ella Bevins May; her spouse R. L. "Junior" Taylor; her sons, Randall Scott "Scotty" Taylor and Michael "Mikie" Taylor; her granddaughter Scotti Michelle Smith; and her siblings, Ed, Jack, Walter, Fred, Gladys, Dorothy, Beatrice, Ruth and Jean.
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy C. Taylor-Evans (James Earl Evans); her great grandchildren, Taylor Smith-Walters and Anthony Evans; and her nieces, Fay Curry Blackburn, Gay Curry Edmonds and Anna Sue Hayes. She is also survived by three grandchildren, six great grandchildren, seven great great grandchildren, and a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
