He was predeceased by: his parents, Fonso Mullins and Verna Smallwood Mullins; and his son Triston Mullins. He is survived by: his spouse Rissie Helton Mullins; his daughter Kimberly Toler; his siblings, Stoney Mullins, Regis Lynn Mattingly, Gail Reed and Sherry Bundy; his grandchildren, Joshua Howard and Gina Jones; and his great grandchild Emily Howard.
