She is survived by: her daughter Judy Johnson of Loyall; her sister Joanne Coots (Carl) of Glenfork, KY; her brother-in-law Arnold Lewis (Rose) of Corbin; her grandsons, Bill Johnson (Stephanie) of Manchester, KY, James Johnson (Savannah) of Corbin, KY and Jacob Johnson (Victoria) of Loyall; and her great grandchildren, Cassandra, William, Banner Henson, Kristan, Elaina, Elizabeth Brock, Jonathan Frye and Justin Collins. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
