She is survived by: her children, Gurney Clay Luttrell, Jr., Jeanne Ann Luttrell Lee and John Luttrell (Tracie); her grandchildren, Jeremy Lee (Denice), Jonathan Lee (Jennifer), Jared Lee (Hannah), Justin Luttrell (Ashley), Hunter Luttrell (Alexis), Amie Luttrell, Adam Luttrell, Michael Carwell, Casey Moore (Amanda) and Jessica Moore; and her great grandchildren, Kevin Thomas, Grant, Ethan, Isabella, Madelyn, Anabelle, Eden, Silas, Lawrence, Jett, Kash, Lincoln, Levi, Dalton, Rush and River.
