He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Fraley and Hazel Fraley; his wife Betty June; his parents-in-law, Albert and Lola White; his daughter Linda Gail; his siblings, Charles Fraley, Raymond Fraley, Helen Saulenas, Josephine Milsap and Betty Smith; his brother-in-law Ernest White; and his son-in-law Don White.
He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Sullivan (David) and Kathy White; his grandchildren, Aimee Pace (Mike) and Jeff Sullivan (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Laura Doss (Zach), Tyler Carmical, Mia Claire Pace, Tucker Sullivan, Colton Sullivan and Nate Sullivan; and his sister-in-law Dorothy White. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family, friends.
In Lieu of flowers the family ask memorials be made to Loyall Methodist Church, PO Box 323, Loyall, KY 40854 in memory of Mr. Fraley.
