It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Ann Richardson Lowe (Lowmansville, Kentucky), born in Pearisburg, Virginia, who passed away on May 3, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Watson Wayne Richardson and Genevieve "Gigs" Richardson of Paintsville, KY.; and her daughter Shari Anne Chewning (Cummins). She is survived by: her husband Richard Lowe; her brother Joseph Wayne Richardson of Durham, NC; her children, Teresa Dawn Adkins (Emerson) of Tutor Key, KY, Kevin Wayne Chewning of Lowmansville, Kentucky. and Joseph Richard Lowe of Lowmansville, Kentucky.; and her grandchildren, Kayne Alexander Young of Chicago, IL, Mariah Dawn Adkins of Tutor Key, KY, Briar Jacob Chewning of South Point, OH and Amber Fay Adkins of Tutor Key, KY..
