He is survived by: his daughters, Debra, Rhea Watters Raines (Jerry) of Lovelaceville and Lisa Runell Watters Williams (Ted) of Roswell, GA; his sister Mary Lou Watters Woodford of Elizabethtown, KY; his grandchildren, Jeremy Lee Raines, Angela Raines Isaac, Margaret Williams, Robert Williams, Emma Williams, Julian Williams and Jada Williams; and his great grandchildren, Lucy Raines, Emily Raines, Jack Raines, Lincoln Isaac and Evelyn Williams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
