With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Zelma Leon Winchester in Louisville, Kentucky, born in Bethlehem, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 3, 2024 at the age of 96. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Peyton, Sr. and Anna Laura Peyton (Hackett); her husband Roy Lee Winchester; her daughters, Sandra K. Winchester and Carla Jill Winchester; and her brothers, Lee Peyton, Jr. and Cecil Curtis Peyton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Adonna Lee Florence (Steve) of Mt. Washington, KY and Melinda Ann Spear of Pleasureville, KY.; and her grandchildren, Michael Chad McAllister, Brittany Leigh Spear, Clifton Curtis Florence, Patrick Orey Spear and Jenna Lee Florence.
