He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert "Bill" Osbourne and Myrtle Osbourne; his wife Kay Lee Osbourne; his stepson William Lee Smith; and his sisters, Pat McCawley and Kate Ray.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Osbourne (Denise), Alan Osbourne (Kathy), Rhonda Hester (David) and Gary Osbourne (Kim); and his stepchildren, Renee McMackin (Gene) and Kerry Smith (Rita).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home (3331 Taylorsville Rd, Louisville, KY 40205). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Louisville Memorial Gardens West (4400 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216).
