He was predeceased by : his parents, Flossie Renfro (Nelson) and Edward Renfro; his former life partner Shirley Renfro (Evans); his wife Donna Lee Renfro (Thomas); his children, Sheila Renfro, Timothy and Thomas Renfro; and his siblings, Lucille Pullen, Stella Hall and James Renfro.
He is survived by : his siblings, Alberta Lenz, Charles Renfro, Johnny Renfro (Angie) and Raymond "Ray" Renfro. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
