William Hackemack Jr. Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2025, at the age of 87, William Hackemack Jr. (Louisville, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Billy Hackemack; his parents, Catherine Hackemack, (Schreiber) and William Hackemack, Sr.; his brother Robert "Bob" Hackemack; and his daughter-in-law Wanda Hackemack (Jo Ann Hackemack).
He is survived by: his significant other Georgia Terry; his children, Ricky, Steve Hackemack (Cindy) and Laura Buchenberger; his sister Sharon Bennett (Thomas); his daughter-in-law Becky Hackemack; and his sister-in-law Jean Hackemack (Sheila Roden). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Home (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Incarnation Catholic Church (2229 Lower Hunters Trace, Louisville, KY 40216). A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at the Calvary Cemetery (1600 Newburg Rd, Louisville, KY 40205).
