He is survived by: his children, Andy Burden (Susanna) of London, Troy Burden (Mike Mayo) of Louisville, Jayme Burden (Kristi) of Elizabethtown and Tami Burden of Ashland; his grandsons, Dylan Burden (Jazmin) of Hodgenville, Tyler Burden (Tessa) of Elizabethtown, Christopher Burden Mayo of Louisville, Ken Burden and Dan Burden of London, England.; his brother Jerry (Lynn) of Pensacola, FL; and his sister-in-law Donna Shuffett (Barney) of Greensburg.
