He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Stopinski and Loraine Stopinski; his brother Thomas Stopinski; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Allen (Leroy Duncan), Linda and Donnie Bingham.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Jean; his children, Billy Stopinski, Jr. and Laura Cecil (Bobby); his grandchildren, Ashley Peak (Kevin), Brad Cecil (Zuzana) and Billy Stopinski (Lauren); his great grandchildren, Landon and Owen Peak; his siblings, Bugs Stopinski (Pat), Mary Boehnlein (Charles) and Claudia Morris; and his sister-in-law Carol Duncan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.
