He is survived by: his mother Rosa Marie Cox; and his siblings, Alice Fay Cox (Mike), Doris Jean Cox Baumgartner, Patricia Lynn Troxell, Mary Evelyn Cox, Debbie Ann Garrett (Roger), James Wallace Cox III, Harold Ray Cox, Paul Randall Cox and Robert Allen.
