He was predeceased by: his father Thomas F. Hynes. He is survived by: his wife Rilla Hynes; his children, Thomas Hynes, Janelle Goss and Janette Watkins; his siblings, Pat Hynes, Mike Hynes, John Hynes and Jenny Sullivan; and his mother Jean Hynes.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ratterman Brothers East Louisville Funeral Home (12900 Shelbyville Rd, Louisville, KY 40243). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
