He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Miller and Anna Lee Sandbach Beard; and his grandfather John Sandbach. He is survived by: his former wife Doris Sullivan; his children, Hugh Michael, LuAnn and Netta Lee; his granddaughters, Betsy Fredrick and Lori Hagar; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Eden Fredrick and Milo Hagar; his brothers, George and Robert; and his spouse Billie Sue Easley.
