He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Ray and Elvira Aderholt (Meyer); and his son Timothy Ray. He is survived by: his wife Karen Ray; his daughter Christina Park (Thomas Keith); and his granddaughters, Jaylen Ray, Kaitlyn Ray and Taylor Ray.
The family requests that contributions in Terry's memory be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society or the Christian Assembly Church in Peoria, Illinois.
