She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Maddox and Beverly Nan Dalton Fields. She is survived by: her siblings, Jonathan King, Terri Bates, Linda Kazy, Peggy Stamper and Elicia Tolley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
A reception was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Legacy Funeral Center - Nunnelley Chapel (4327 Taylor Blvd, Louisville, KY 40215).
