With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Susan Kay (Allen) Payne of Louisville, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 24, 2025 at the age of 68. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carl Thomas Allen and Ruth Fryrear Allen; her husband John Timothy Payne; her sons, Tim Payne, Jr. (Jennie), Wes Payne (Christy) and Matt Payne (Krista); her grandchildren, Mikia, Maci, Aubrey, Savannah, Marlee and Jantzen; and her siblings, Karen Tinnell (Buddy), Greg Allen (Karla) and Doug Wicker (Lesa).
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hardy Funeral Home (7710 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40258). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Heady – Hardy Funeral (7710 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40258).
