She was predeceased by: her father William Michael Mattingly; and her aunt Margaret Weckman. She is survived by: her mother Nina Catherine Spivey Mattingly; her children, Dylan Thomas Gregory and Madelyn Elizabeth McKern; and her brother John Michael Mattingly. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ratterman & Sons Chapel (3800 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
