She was predeceased by: her parents, George Pigg and Pearl Reese Pigg; and her siblings, Beverly LaHue, Shirley Botkins, Verna Adams and Ray Adams.

She is survived by: her sons, Aaron Ritman (Andrea) and Matthew Ritman; her grandchildren, Ava, Evelyn, Isaac and Nathan Ritman; her close friend Roger Cossavella; her nieces, Jennifer Miller (Jeff) and Renee Marshall (Bill); her nephew Rod Botkins; and her brother-in-law Richard LaHue. She is also survived by numerous friends and neighbors.

Visitation was held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Highlands Funeral Home (3331 Taylorsville Rd, Louisville, KY 40205). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home (3331 Taylorsville Rd, Louisville, KY 40205).
