He was predeceased by: his parents, James Williams and Ruby Williams; his brother Michael Williams; and his father-in-law John Archer. He is survived by: his wife Tonia Cowles Williams; his children, Robert Williams (Samantha) and Lynn Lickteig (Andrew); his grandchildren, Layne, Nathan, Wyatt, Emmi and Tulsi; his nephew Steven A. Williams (Britt); his great-nephew Michael Williams; and his pets, Lina, Sheldon and Miki.
