She is survived by: her husband Jay Crouse; and her children, Kyle Warcewicz (Adam) of Louisville, Kentucky, Kim Haverson of Louisville Kentucky and Kevin Crouse (Kara) of Mexico Beach, Florida. She is also survived by her four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren, and one great great-grandson.
