She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Thomason and Alma Thomason; her husband Henry "Bud" Zwicker; her children, Walter E. Cook, Jr. and Sandra K. Cook; her grandchildren, Ashley K. Cook and Trey Zwicker; and her son-in-law Tony Metcalf.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Cook, Donna Metcalf, Terry Zwicker (Leda) and Belinda Underwood (Timmy); her grandchildren, Chris Cook, Sondra Cook, Nathan Cook, Stephanie Baete (Damon), Justin Cook, Mark Metcalf (Dani), Nikki Jaggers (David), Andrea Metcalf, Terry Zwicker Jr. (Terri) and Tara Zwicker; her great grandchildren, Lydia, Gunner, Gabriel, Anistyn, Harlyn, Maddy and Amber; her brother Charles Thomason; and her daughter-in-law Faye Cook. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Homes - Dixie Highway (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Home (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216).
