He is survived by: his wife Maurisetta; his children, Michael Lake Givins (Theresa) and Kimberly Givins Pendleton (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Shelby, Christopher, Kristy, Lisa and Justin. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home (7710 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40258). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. An entombment was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at the Bethany Memorial Cemetery (7710 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40258).
