He is survived by: his sister Ann Phillips (Roger) of Louisville; his nephews, Nicholas Phillips (Heather) and Michael Phillips (Nicole); his niece Emily Beal (Jacob); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Oliver, Finley and Ella.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 8:00 AM at the Saint Patrick Catholic Church (1000 N Beckley Station Rd, Louisville, KY 40245).
