He is survived by: his sister Ann Phillips (Roger) of Louisville; his nephews, Nicholas Phillips (Heather) and Michael Phillips (Nicole); his niece Emily Beal (Jacob); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Oliver, Finley and Ella.
