He was predeceased by: his brother Brett Joseph Vasquez; his grandparents, Joe, Margaret Vasquez and Virgil L. Pearman; and his uncles, Irvin Pearman and Steve Lancaster.

He is survived by: his son Evan Jackson Vasquez; his parents, Ronald Vasquez and Mary Vasquez; his grandmother Wilma Pearman; and his aunts and uncles, Nancy Lancaster, Wesley Pearman (Kathy), Donna Zicari (Chuck), Sandy Snyder (Joe), David Pearman (Lisa) and Diane Brandenburg. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles and special family members.
