It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Weilage Kopatz Hopper (Louisville, Kentucky), who passed away on October 17, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Weilage and Ruth Weilage (Doerhoefer); her children, Steve Kopatz, Douglas Barry Kopatz (Sue), June Meredith (Eddie) and Karen Kopatz; her grandchildren, Brian Kopatz, Jennifer Naive (James), Kimberly Goolsby (Matt), Lisa Lynch (Brent) and Michael Meredith (Jennifer); and her great grandchildren, Mason, Nolan, Annabel, Mackenzie, Sam and Ellie.
