It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy James Moore of Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on February 28, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles S. Moore and Mabell Moore; his son Derrick Lynn Moore; his granddaughter Ke'shell J. Moore; and his siblings, Charles Moore, Paul Moore, Dorothy Dickerson, Margaret Murphy and Gladys Burton.

He is survived by: his wife Martha S. Moore; his sons, Keith Moore and Reginald W. Conn; and his siblings, Mary C. Sutherland, Jerry Shouse (Diane) and Charles T. Shouse. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren.
