He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Schade and Mary Lee Schade. He is survived by: his wife Candy Schade; his children, Duane, Kent Schade and Tammy Knight; his grandchildren, Jillian, Sam, Maggie Schade, Annie Colbert and Colton Knight; his siblings, Barry Schade and Mary Ann Rau (Bob); and his close friends, Joe Eifler and Julia Meredith.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fern Creek Funeral Home (5406 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40291).
