He was predeceased by: his parents, Jude Pittman and Florence Wright; his spouse Wendella Wright; his sister Rosalee; and his children, Lovey, John and Michael.

He is survived by: his children, Yolanda, Elissa "Lisa", Theenda "April", Rodnie "Wright", Butch (Linda), Rickey (Melany) and Kellie (Lucius); and his sisters, Marlee, Valorie, Jackie and Renita. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and loving family and friends.
